These two mediums are often believed to work in opposition, but when harnessed together in harmony can lead to powerful and transformative experiences. I've spent most of my life in pursuit of this interest, witnessing first hand the power which Music, Video, Art, and Technology can wield across diverse audiences, producing shared experiences which bring us together and drive human connections - around a brand, a table, or a canvas.
As a Creative Services Executive and Designer, Illustrator, and Author - I am equal parts creativity and execution. For over 20 years, I've walked the razor's edge of producing compelling creative through data and insight driven implementation. I combine full sensory design and innovative technology to give audiences goosebumps and inspire brand affinity.
Coming from a family of musicians, Music has always played a prominent role in my life. My Grandfather played with Billie Holiday, Nat King Cole, Harry Nilsson, and composed for Walt Disney. My Uncle was either a revered historian or litigious thief, depending on your point of view. My brother is in a Seattle band you should probably be listening to. The point is, music has always been imbued into my identity in ways both conscious and unconscious, and those influences have led me to a career which draws equally upon my history and unique experience as an artist and creator.
Over 15 years, I led PlayNetwork International, a consumer engagement company that used entertainment media to connect brands with their customers, into an industry leading, expansive creative services group serving clientele in more than 135 countries - and partnering with brands such as Starbucks, Nike, Hilton Hotels, and Estee Lauder Companies. We had our share of firsts, including hosting the world's largest simultaneous listening party for Paul McCartney's Memory Almost Full.
At Octave Group, I launched Apple Music for Business as the world's leading B2B music service featuring best-in class music curation, technology, and engagement solutions for businesses, leading GTM Strategy and creative requirements over 35 countries in the first two years.
At TouchTunes, I paired personalization and gamification to provide the world’s largest in-venue interactive music and entertainment platform, featuring connected digital jukeboxes in over 75,000 bars, restaurants, and breweries across North America and Europe.
In 2021, I joined Mood Media to found the Advanced Solutions Group, a full sensory solution design and implementation team, producing immersive experiences that are intuitive, engaging, and foster brand affinity for the world's most iconic brands. In 2024, I expanded my purview to include Mood's Global Channel teams - bringing greater strategic and executional alignment across our direct, indirect, affiliate, and dealer resources worldwide.
